Eduardo, happily married and devoted father of three lovely children, has seen through the development of several commercial aircraft programmes and contributed to the manufacture of more than 4,000 airplanes. He trained as an industrial engineer at ICAI (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid), TUM (Technical University of Munich), and later enjoyed PhD lectures on Business Administration at Politecnica de Madrid. Eduardo joined Airbus in 2002, after a brief stint at a Big Four consulting firm. In the ensuing dozen years he has worked on manufacturing methods, lean, and industrial planning, culminating in his most recent gig as VP of Supplier Development. A polyglot, Eduardo is quintessential Airbus… representing present and future generations of executives. Eduardo also serves as Chairman of the Board of Alestis Aerospace, a Spanish aerostructure supplier.
