Parental leave
You are eligible from your first day of employment for 12 weeks of paid time off for every new child.
Generous time off
Employees are eligible for 5 weeks vacation (25 days) their first year and 6 weeks (30 days) after two years of service. This PTO is in addition to 12 national holiday and unlimited sick days.

Continuing Education Choices
Flight training
If you choose flight training, we’ll fund your flight lessons in either fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters.
Tuition reimbursement
If you prefer, you may continue your education and we’ll cover up to $5,250 per calendar year.
